These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Female CEO Society website, community, memberships, content, products, and related services (“Services”).

By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Female CEO Society

The Female CEO Society is an online community and business platform created to help women entrepreneurs and women in business connect, collaborate, promote their businesses, discover resources and opportunities, and support one another.

We may offer free and paid services, including community access, memberships, promotional opportunities, newsletters, resources, directories, events, and other benefits.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or paid memberships.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to our Services when reasonably necessary to protect our community, enforce these Terms, or address fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading, or disruptive conduct.

3. VIP Insider Membership

VIP Insider is a recurring paid membership offered by Female CEO Society.

Membership benefits may include promotional posting privileges, opportunities to host Facebook Live sessions, featured member spotlights, newsletter features, directory inclusion, discounts, resources, early access, and other benefits described at the time of purchase.

Specific benefits, schedules, formats, availability, and community features may change as Female CEO Society evolves.

Membership does not guarantee any particular amount of exposure, engagement, website traffic, leads, customers, revenue, followers, collaborations, or sales.

4. Recurring Billing

If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide at the price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

You may cancel your membership according to the cancellation instructions provided through your account, payment provider, or by contacting us at hello@thefemaleceosociety.com.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous payments.

5. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, membership payments and fees for digital services are non-refundable after payment has been processed.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hello@thefemaleceosociety.com.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Promotional Privileges

Certain memberships may allow members to promote their businesses, products, services, events, offers, freebies, or other content within Female CEO Society communities.

Promotional privileges are subject to community rules and may be modified, limited, suspended, or removed if content is misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, excessively repetitive, unrelated to the community, or otherwise inconsistent with our standards.

Membership does not guarantee that promotional content will receive a particular number of views, clicks, leads, sales, comments, or other results.

7. Facebook Live and Member Content

Members who receive permission to post, host live broadcasts, or otherwise contribute content are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of their content.

Female CEO Society may remove or restrict content that violates our rules or that we reasonably believe could harm the community or our brand.

Permission to contribute content does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or endorsement relationship between the member and Female CEO Society.

8. Featured Spotlights and Newsletter Features

Membership may include opportunities for your business, content, or offer to be featured within the community or newsletter.

Placement, timing, duration, format, and availability may vary.

Female CEO Society reserves reasonable editorial discretion regarding content appearing on its website, social media channels, communities, newsletters, directories, and other platforms.

9. Business Directory and Referrals

Certain members may be included in a business directory or internal referral list.

Directory inclusion does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or recommendation by Female CEO Society.

Female CEO Society does not guarantee referrals, leads, clients, collaborations, or business opportunities through directory participation.

Members and users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring, purchasing from, collaborating with, or entering into a business relationship with another member.

10. Community Conduct

Members agree not to use Female CEO Society to:

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive conduct

• Publish fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading claims

• Promote unlawful products, services, or activities

• Spam or repeatedly post substantially identical content

• Impersonate another person or business

• Violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights

• Scrape, harvest, or misuse member information

• Engage in conduct that materially disrupts or harms the community

We reserve the right to moderate the community and remove content or members when reasonably necessary.

11. No Guarantee of Business Results

Female CEO Society provides community, visibility, educational information, resources, networking opportunities, and promotional opportunities.

We do not guarantee income, revenue, profit, sales, customers, leads, followers, business growth, or any other financial or business result.

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or results shared by members or third parties are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Business outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control.

12. Educational Information

Content provided through Female CEO Society is intended for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing provided through our website, community, newsletter, social media, membership, or other Services should be considered individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for evaluating information and obtaining appropriate professional advice when necessary.

13. Affiliate Relationships

Female CEO Society and its owner may recommend products, software, courses, services, or other resources through affiliate relationships.

When you purchase through certain links, we may receive a commission.

Affiliate relationships do not guarantee or imply that a product or service will produce any particular business or financial result.

Our Services may reference, promote, link to, or integrate with third-party products, websites, platforms, courses, software, or services.

Female CEO Society may operate communities or publish content through third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Substack, or other services.

Female CEO Society is an independent business and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party platforms may change their features, algorithms, policies, availability, or access at any time. We are not responsible for changes made by those platforms.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content created and published by Female CEO Society, including branding, graphics, written materials, resources, downloads, newsletters, website content, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Female CEO Society and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without written permission.

Members retain ownership of content they create and submit, subject to any permissions reasonably necessary for us to display or feature that content as part of the Services.

17. Testimonials and Member Features

If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, business feature, photograph, success story, or similar material for publication, you grant Female CEO Society permission to display and share that submitted material for community, editorial, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any specific agreement made with you.

18. Availability of Services

We may modify, discontinue, replace, or update portions of our Services from time to time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, community, social media platforms, membership features, or third-party services.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Female CEO Society and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Female CEO Society and its owner from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or content you submit through the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts with appropriate authority in the State of Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
